Welcome to Landéda, in the heart of northern Finistère, and to this charming holiday home offering lovely views over Aber Wrac’h harbour and the Île Vierge lighthouse.
Located close to the harbour, beaches and village centre of Landéda, this house is the perfect place to enjoy the sea and discover the beautiful landscapes of the Pays des Abers.
Carefully maintained, the house is comfortable, well-equipped, bright and tastefully decorated. It can accommodate up to 6 guests and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay with family or friends.
You will enjoy a pleasant living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge with TV. It is a bright and welcoming space, perfect for spending time together after a day at the beach or exploring the area.
On the ground floor, you will also find a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room with a shower and toilet.
Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. You will love waking up to the lovely sea view!
A second bathroom with a bathtub completes the upper floor.
Outside, you can enjoy a fully enclosed garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. It is a lovely space for enjoying meals outdoors, relaxing in the sunshine or spending time together with family and friends.
The garage is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The beds are made ready for your arrival, and bed linen and towels are provided. The cleaning fee includes end-of-stay cleaning and laundry.
The house also offers Wi-Fi and everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The location is ideal for enjoying the many activities available in Landéda and the surrounding area, including swimming, sailing, surfing, kitesurfing, diving, paddleboarding, kayaking and boat trips to discover the Abers.

The night area is divided into 2 parts:
- On the ground floor, you will have 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom intended for children with bunk beds, then the 2nd bedroom with its double bed.
Also on the ground floor, you will find a separate WC and a bathroom with shower and washbasin.
- Upstairs, you will find a 3rd bedroom with a large double bed and a private bathroom. You will be seduced by its sea view!
Household linen (bed sheets, towels, bath mats and kitchen towels) is PROVIDED AND INCLUDED in the cleaning fee. One large bath towel is provided per person per stay. As our accommodations are equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, you also have the option of washing your towels during your stay. For added comfort, additional towels can be provided upon request at a rate of €8 per towel. Please let us know before your arrival so that we can prepare the additional towels for you. 😊

Upon entering this recently renovated house, you will be seduced by its careful decoration, and its spacious and comfortable interior.

• A large living space bathed in light, consisting of a fully equipped modern kitchen, a cozy living room with TV, and a dining area directly opening onto the enclosed garden.
• A master suite with a double bed, private bathroom, and direct access to the garden.
